6 Volt "Led" Tail Light Insert (2) Here is a your chance to update your tail lights with the new led technology. It just couldn't get any easier! Remove your old lens and bulb, insert the sockets and put them back in. These 6 volt tail light insertss have 12 super bright red led's for the upper stop/turn lights and 7 super bright red leds for the lower tail lights. The license plate light has 4 white leds. They use epoxy coated, fully sealed electronics on solid state circuit boards. These appear stock until you look close. The led's are instant on and off. Almost unnatural! They are so fast NHRA had to re-calculate the Christmas Tree when they converted. Low current so they run cool. Tremendous life span. They measure about 5/8" X 3 3/4". New cork gaskets included. Nothing much mind you, just a slight shaping of the ageing jowls and possibly some refinements to the interior trim. Also on the cards was a bit of eco-work to make the RAV4 a bit more friendly to fluffy bunnies.
