LISTED UP FOR SALE IS A FORD MODEL A ENGINE THAT WAS REBUILT SOME YEARS AGO. I BOUGHT IT FROM A MAN THAT STATED HE HAD REBUILT IT BUT I THINK HE JUST REPLACED THE PARTS THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THERE ARE FOUR VALVES THAT WERE REPLACED AND THE RINGS WERE REPLACED AND THE PISTONS ARE GOOD AND TIGHT. THE VALVES HAVE THE FORD SCRIPT ON THE TOP OF THEM. THIS ENGINE LOOKS REALLY GOOD. THE NUMBER ON THE SIDE OF THE BLOCK ARE A2428893. I TOOK DETAILED PICTURES OF THE MOTOR SO YOU ARE BUYING IT AS IS IN THE PICTURES. THE HEAD LOOKS GOOD ALSO. THE OIL PAN DID HAVE SOME OIL RESIDUE IN THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN BUT WILL CLEAN OUT. I DO HAVE A WHOLE GASKET KIT FOR THE MOTOR .IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE DON'T HESITATE TO ASK. Tesla Expands UK Supercharger Network
Thu, 14 Aug 2014FOLLOWING on from the recent UK launch of the right-hand drive version of its Model S electric car, Tesla has turned its attention to expanding its Supercharger network. The Supercharger is a public charging facility allowing owners to rapid charge their vehicles – around 20 minutes for a half charge – enabling longer journey times. In partnership with the Hyatt Regency hotel chain, Tesla now has Superchargers in London and Birmingham at the hotel’s Portman Square and Bridge Street properties respectively.
Kia Soul EV goes in to production for UK and Europe
Thu, 12 Jun 2014The Kia Soul EV (pictured) is now being produced for Europe The electric Kia Soul was revealed at the Chicago Motor Show back in February, with Kia promising it would go on sale in the UK and Europe late in 2014. And that looks to be on track. Kia has announced that the Soul EV for the export market has now gone in to production – the first electric car from Kia destined for export from South Korea – with the first cars off the production line destined for Europe.

Tue, 12 Aug 2014The Lightweight Jaguar E-Type is reborn Back in May we revealed Jaguar Land Rover’s new Heritage part of JLR’s Special Operations Division were planning to create six new Lightweight E-Types, the ‘Missing 6′ from the original production run in 1963. And now we get to see the first prototype. The new Lightweight E-Types will complete the planned run of 18 cars from 1963 – the Special GT E Project – using the remaining, unused, chassis numbers from the original run, effectively making these new E-Types able to compete in historic racing events.
