Purchase 1929 1930 CHEVROLET TWILITE Headlight Lens & Chrome Bezel Headlamp Trim Ring GM in Mexico, New York, United States, for US $46.50

A used Headlight Lens and Chrome Bezel (with inside retainer ring) that I believe fits:

1929 1930 CHEVROLET - not 100% sure of the application.............

Measurements stated on the lens are: 9-9/32 x 8-3/4 inches.

Bezel has a couple of small dents and some specs in the chrome, but is still pretty shiny. Dents could be easily removed by someone that knows what they are doing. Steel lens retainer has some surface rust but appears to be very solid. Should probably be removed and cleaned up/painted. No cracks or breaks.

Says TWILITE CHEVROLET HEADLAMP on the bottom front of the lens. Lens is flat glass. Says TOP at the top front. A little discoloration on the outer edges and a few small chips, but these should not show when installed.

That’s a subjective call, but the new Carens is a decent looking effort from Kia at a sensible price point with decent equipment levels and offers plenty of family lugging abilities in to the bargain. All Carens models in the UK come with 7 seats and yet is 20mm shorter than the old Carens, But thanks to an extra 50mm in the wheelbase Kia reckons it offers all the space if bigger rivals and, with a flexible configuration for the seating, means the new Carens can accommodate the needs of a mix of load and people carrying with alacrity. The new Carens comes in three trim levels – catchily named 1, 2 and 3 – with 7 seats, cornering lights LED running lights, electric heated door mirrors, AirCon, electric windows, Cruise, Radio/CD with iPod connectivity and Bluetooth and a rear conversation mirror.

Ford reportedly to shut down Mercury

The Mercury brand, rumored to be on the verge of death several times over the past decade, would be shut down under a plan being prepared for Ford Motor Co.'s board of directors, Bloomberg News reported on Thursday. Citing two executives who have knowledge of the plan but asked not to be identified, the news service said the plan would be submitted to Ford's board in July. How quickly Mercury would be shut down depends how quickly the automaker can convince Lincoln Mercury dealers to close or merge with a Ford-brand dealership, the report said.
