This is a very RARE 2 barrel Schebler S Duplex 1 1/4" cast iron carburetor. This is the later series used on a 1930 REO Royal 8 ( notice the bottom configuration which is how I identified this as being a SX434 carb also see the last picture of the stamped number which is faint). This might also be used on Auburn, Cord, Marmon and others. Notice that one of the linkage arms is adjustable. This looks new BUT this has been sitting around for ages with a few dings. This is as close to new as you can get. Took it apart to free up the stuck pieces and it now moves freely. Be sure to check my other items daily. The presenter and singer - whose hits include Superstar - was penalised by magistrates in Redditch, Worcestershire, this week, after they heard that she had thought the online policy would be automatically renewed. She said that she was "horrified" to find she was not properly insured and warned others to be vigilant about their insurance arrangements to avoid the same mistake.
