This seat pedestal is from the Diamond T shown in the last picture. It has no major rust issues. I was told that this is a 1941 truck based on the serial number. The two end pieces are the same length. The serial number of this truck is 2011785. Make sure that it is correct for your application. I have just begun to part this truck out. Leno lines up electric Ford Focus for celebs to turn fast laps

The car that Leno hands to his guests is an electric-powered Ford Focus--a harbinger of a battery-powered Focus that Ford plans to put on sale in 2011. Leno's electric Focus uses the more-modern European Focus as its base, not the well-aged U.S.
Transportation secretary Ray LaHood to step down
Tue, 29 Jan 2013WASHINGTON -- Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood, 67, who raised awareness about the dangers of distracted driving, said he will leave President Obama's Cabinet after a replacement is confirmed. LaHood, a former Republican congressman from Illinois, has led the Department of Transportation since 2009. He announced his departure today on the agency's website.
