This is a pair of New Old Stock Anco D3-LP wiper arm adapters.
Quality Anco parts that were made years ago.
Used to convert the pin hole / grooved shaft wiper transmissions, found on most cars 1931-36 and a few models up to 1939, to the much easier to find Anco Dead-Locker (Model DL) or Anco Super Service (Model SS with Dead-Locker Feature) wiper arms.
These type wiper arms are shown in picture number two.
THE WIPER ARMS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS AUCTION.
Easy to install in a matter of minutes, with no special tools. Just put the drum adapter on the wiper shaft and install the pin.
You can now install either of the Anco wiper arms shown.

GM donates Insignia prototype to Coventry University

Recognizing the burgeoning talent at one of the UK's leading design schools, the British arm of the American automotive giant recently offered car design students from Coventry's School of Art & Design an Insignia prototype, which will be used for 'real life' styling exercises. For a car company with limited technical resources, one platform and two engines, Aston Martin are making a pretty good fist of launching new models. We’ve recently had the launch of the Aston Martin Vanquish – successor to the DBS – with a harder edge and a bigger price tag, the V12 Vantage Roadster with the glorious V12 where it should be – in the front of an open-topped car for aural joy – and the V12 Zagat0, a limited run collaboration with Zagato at three times the price of the donor car.

Mon, 14 Sep 2009First pictures of the electric Audi R8 - the Audi R8 e-Tron The pictures here have leaked out of Audi, and clearly show that the e-Tron is very much Audi R8, albeit with some changes. The grill is changed, as are the wheels and rear end. The interior has very little resemblance to the R8, partly because this is an electric car and a concept.
