This is a pair of New Old Stock Anco D3-LP wiper arm adapters.

Quality Anco parts that were made years ago.

Used to convert the pin hole / grooved shaft wiper transmissions, found on most cars 1931-36 and a few models up to 1939, to the much easier to find Anco Dead-Locker (Model DL) or Anco Super Service (Model SS with Dead-Locker Feature) wiper arms.

These type wiper arms are shown in picture number two.

THE WIPER ARMS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS AUCTION.

Easy to install in a matter of minutes, with no special tools. Just put the drum adapter on the wiper shaft and install the pin.

You can now install either of the Anco wiper arms shown.

THIS AUCTION IS FOR THE ANCO D3-LP ADAPTERS ONLY.

You will receive two adapters, two pins and a photocopy of the mounting instructions.

SHIPPING COST INCLUDES DELIVERY CONFIRMATION IN THE UNITED STATES.

Volkswagen Scirocco R goes out of production ahead of facelift

Wed, 18 Dec 2013

Volkswagen Scirocco R goes out of production ahead of facelift We have a bit of a soft sport for the VW Scirocco R, even if we wish it had the same 4WD setup as the Golf R. But it’s never really sold in the sort of numbers it should have. And now, ahead of a facelift for the Scirocco duie to arrive at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2014, Volkswagen has dropped the Scirocco R from its lineup.

David Brown’s Speedback is an Aston Martin DB5 for 2014 (video)

Fri, 28 Mar 2014

The David Brown Automotive Speedback (pictured) revaled ahead of Monaco debut Last month we revealed that the David Brown Automotive’s take on a classic, luxury British Sports Car would be based on the underpinnings of the Jaguar XKR, and we’d expected another classic E-type creation like the Lyonheart K being built by Envisage (as is the David Brown car). In fact, the David Brown Speedback – for that is what David Brown is calling his company’s creation – looks instead like a classic Aston Martin from the 1960s – think DB5 or DB6 – with perhaps a few hints of Maserati and Ferrari from the same era too. And it looks great.

BMW i3 Concept (2011) first official pictures

Fri, 29 Jul 2011

This is the BMW i3 Concept, a near-production preview of Munich’s new urban vehicle. Previously known as the Megacity Vehicle (MCV), it’s an all-electric carbonfibre and aluminium car that BMW will sell from 2013 as part of its new ‘i’ range – the i8 supercar has also been unveiled today. Both the BMW i3 and i8 concepts will be revealed at the 2011 Frankfurt motor show in September.
