Jaguar to build C-X75

Jaguar has announced that the C-X75 concept car from the 2010 Paris Motor show will enter limited production. Strictly limited to just 250 units, the hybrid super car is tipped to cost from £700,000 (depending on local taxes). The C-X75 will utilize a turbocharged 1.6-liter four cylinder engine mated to axle-based electric motors.

Terry Karges to replace Buddy Pepp as executive director of the Petersen Museum

Terry Karges will take over as executive director of the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles on Aug. 15, replacing Buddy Pepp, who is retiring after more than two years on the job. Karges brings four decades of automotive, entertainment and motorsports management experience to the Petersen.

Jaguar has used its media event at the Tokyo motor show to announce full pricing structures, with the entry-level F-Type coupe costing more than £7,000 less than the equivalent convertible.
