Here is a NOS AC# 473 fuel pump for a 1935-1938 Chrysler 8 cylinder cars, may fit Desoto as well. Seems to work fine, I pumped the lever and it created vacuum. Has a little dust from its shelf life.This piece came out of an old mopar collectors estate and has been in dry storage for some 40-50 yrs. Here is your chance to get a vintage NOS part a very reasonable price.

The National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, Ky. has released security-camera footage showing the formation of the sinkhole that swallowed eight rare cars yesterday. The 40-foot-wide sinkhole, which could be between 25 and 30 feet deep, opened at roughly 5:44 a.m.

Car Design New has now published the second edition of the Car Design Glossary. Designed to enable budding designers  - and those wishing to describe the products of the designer's imagination - to decipher the language used in automotive studios, the Glossary was devised by David Browne, Course Director of Automotive Design at Coventry University School of Art & Design. He created the compilation of terms as an academic piece of research and collaborated with CDN to help generate feedback on these terms from designers themselves.

It’s starting to look as if the McLaren X-1 – revealed at Pebble Beach – could actually be the new McLaren F1 under the skin. We knew that McLaren were heading to Pebble Beach with a new car, and we thought it was going to be the new F1. In the end it turned out to be the McLaren X-1, but could the X-1 actually be the new F1 under the skin?
