This listing is for a pair of repair pieces to fix the typical crack in the middle of '35-'37 Ford Pickup rear fenders.  Often times these cracked areas have had prior welding/brazing over the years and just need cut out and replaced with new metal.  This is a lower cost alternative to larger shaped repair panels if you only need to fix a narrow cracked area.  They have the correct bead and return flange.  They measure 1.25" x 9".   It is likely that these would also work for front fenders.  Pictures 4-6 show repair piece next to section of original fender bead.  Free shipping via USPS- continental US only.  Larger patch panels and complete fenders (as shown in last pic.) are also available.  Visit hardisonmetalshaping.com for more projects and pictures.

Porsche Boxster Spyder (2010) first pictures

Thu, 05 Nov 2009

This is the new Porsche Boxster Spyder and, as the arrival of any new Porsche tends to be a polarising event, you’ll either be sighing in disgust or yelping in delight. The bare facts? This Boxster Spyder is Porsche’s lightest and quickest current-gen roadster yet thanks to the folding roof being junked.  The Spyder will be unveiled at the LA Auto Show in December 2009, and it’s not a run-out limited edition like previous Spyder-tagged Boxsters, but the third (and most expensive) permanent addition to the roadster range.

Sacramento, Salt Lake City, Los Angeles top road frustration study

Thu, 06 Oct 2011

Weather, crashes, traffic and attitude--these are the things that make our commutes unbearable. Now, the RoadIntel.com Web site has ranked cities based on its "road frustration index." The index is based on how weather affects the roads, the amount of traffic, the number of crashes and driver sentiment, which is calculated by searching for keywords such as "traffic jam" and "stuck" on Twitter. On the site, you can look at cities ranked day by day and even hour by hour.
