Four (4) laminated waterproof cardboard tacking strips used in older vehicles such as 1935-1949 Cadillac Buick Pontiac Chevrolet Oldsmobile and other brand names in those years. These strips are 65" in length and measure 1/2"w by 5/16"h. They are used for tacking the upholstery on the interior of the car such as headliners and side panels. They are new recent manufacture. Mon, 27 Apr 2009Aston Martin V12 Vantage race car By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 27 April 2009 09:52 Aston Martin will enter a V12 Vantage in the 37th Nurburgring 24-hour race on 23-24 May, along with ‘Rose’, the yellow V8 Vantage that was first entered at the infamous ‘Ring race in 2006. Aston claims the V12 Vantage racer will be pretty close to production spec, bar a revised suspension set-up, some safety modifications (a roll cage) and a reduced kerbweight (goodbye stereo system and other goodies). There are also new Pirelli P Zero slick tyres.

GM continues work on fuel-saving engine technology

A technology called HCCI improves fuel economy 15 percent and releases fewer emissions by using a combustion process similar to what is used in diesel powerplants. General Motors continues work on the project, which could be applied across a range of engine sizes and used with other advanced fuel-saving technologies to help the company comply with the proposed new mileage and emissions targets announced Tuesday by President Barack Obama.
