I Do Know These Are Rare And Hard To Find Parts !!!

 

My friend restored and owned a  Super Charged'37 Phaeton  and a Super Charged Westchester.  These were left in his parts room. I’m not sure if they were for the Sedan, the Phaeton or neither one. I do not know exactly what their application is. I only know they are for a Cord.

 

They are 16” in diameter and one has an ancient “Mohawk Super Chief” 6.50X16 tire mounted on it that still holds air. If you don't want the tire I can dismount it before I ship the wheels.

 

The wheels are unrestored, nearly 80 years old and in as found condition but they are here. They are not perfect. They need to be restored. 

 

The blue wheels show signs of repair around the center hole which I understand was common.

 

The brownish maroon wheel shows NO SIGNS OF PAST REPAIR or CRACKS to my knowledge. I consider it the best of the bunch.

 

None of the wheels show excessive rust or pitting. They are from CALIFORNIA cars. I think they are very restorable.

 

THEY ARE HEAVY AND LARGE. SHIPPING WILL BE CALCULATED AFTER THE SALE. YOU MAY PICK THEM UP IF YOU WANT.

Bentley is almost ready to pull the wraps off its new four-door Continental: the 2013 Flying Spur. Today, Bentley has released a new teaser video to go with yesterday's silhouette sketch, and we've also got the latest spy shots of the Flying Spur testing in Spain. Bentley's 2013 Continental Flying Spur With Bentley set to make a further announcement on 20 February, we're expecting to see the Flying Spur make its debut at the 2013 Geneva motor show in March. Regular eyetests should be 'mandatory' for all drivers

EYESIGHT tests for all drivers should be made compulsory and nine out of ten drivers (87%) of motorists in the UK support this idea. There are 2,900 road casualties each year in the UK caused by poor eyesight. Road safety charity Brake is asking the government to introduce mandatory eyesight tests for all drivers when they renew their driving licence every 10 years.
