For sale is a 1936 Harley Davidson Knucklehead reproduction frame that was used for an otherwise correct restoration a couple years ago.  We recently located an original frame and have swapped the components over.  This is the same frame sold by Ted's V-Twin and the fit and finish is surprisingly nice.  The entire bike bolted together smoothly.  While these are nice frames, they do not have the same casting numbers and hallmarks as the original frames, so this is NOT being represented as correct frame for an accurate restoration.

I painted this frame with a PPG solvent base coat/clear coat finish and roughly 200 miles were put on the motorcycle before it was disassembled.  The finish still looks great, but as expected, there are blemishes in places, such as where various components were attached (crash bars, coil, rear fender mounts, etc.).  I am willing to repaint the frame for an additional $500, but re-painting is NOT included in the auction price.

This frame is sold "as is, where is" with no warranties expressed or implied.  Buyer shall be responsible for all packaging and shipping costs.  The frame weighs 57 pounds unpackaged.

Feel free to call me at 214-876-5038 if you have any questions.

Thanks!

Aaron
