Up for auction are these 1937 - 1940 Chevy truck headlight buckets.
Bases are for a 1937 chevy truck but the headlight buckets will fit 1937 - 1940.
These are 1937 chevy truck buckets with the vintage sealed beam kits installed.
1 of the headlights worked good on high/low beam and 1 needs to be replaced.
Bases or stands are both for the LH side. Someone took a LH stand and flipped it around so they could use it on the RH side. Headlight buckets are correct LH and RH buckets.
Both of the headlight bases or stands have a stress crack near center.
Buckets are very solid and are the nicest ones we have seen in a long time. Buckets do have a few tiny dimplets/indents but nothing major at all. Very nice !
1 bezel has a tiny crack on edge and they both have a some dings on them. Nice threads on bezels !

Mitsubishi MiEV – Plod-Mobile
Mon, 05 Oct 2009The blues and twos on a Mitsubishi MiEV It appears that since Mitsubishi took the MiEV to the National Police Show last month they’ve been inundated with requests from Police Forces around the UK to test the car. With it’s top speed of 81 mph and range of 100 miles we can’t quite see the MiEV being used as a pursuit car. In fact the only place it would be of any use is in town, but for what it’s worth we’d much rather see plod pounding the beat than floating around in a Noddy-Mobile.

With an ear-splitting V8 roar, Ford unveiled a 50-edition run of the Cobra Jet Mustang, and the F-150 SVT Raptor, a go-anywhere extreme version of the pick-up, which will bounce across sand dunes in the Baja California race later this month before going on sale next year. But tucked away in a corner was a less environmentally destructive F-150, shaped by British engineering firm PML.
