Chevy six rear main bearing brass shims  - Lot contains FOUR pairs of National shims # 2161.  Fits rear main caps on all 1937, 1938, & 1939 Chevrolet 216  stovebolt six. Each set contains a 1/32 thick brass shim set, made up of a stack of .002 shims, the outer edge is bound so they won't curl or come apart until you peel them open. National calls them 'multi leaf construction". This allows you to add or remove layers to get the perfect fit on the old school poured babbit bearings.  Pretty tough to find nowadays.
