Up for sale is a Lower front door glass channel which was removed from a 1937 Chevrolet Tudor Sedan. This is the drivers side. This is the part that is under the vent window and receives the glass when rolled down. The felt will need to be replaced. Not sure what else this will fit so do your own homework. It’s an all-new version of Citroen’s supermini, and is built on the same platform as the recently revealed Peugeot 108 and forthcoming Toyota Aygo. The new C1 is slightly longer than its predecessor (4.40m plays the new car’s 4.64), but is slightly narrower and sits at 1.45m tall, 15cm lower.
Bentley Continental GT – Pop Art
Sun, 05 Jul 2009The Bentley Pop Art - created by Pop Artist Romero Britto So it’s quite startling to see a Bentley Continental GT with a paint job by renowned ‘Pop Artist to the Stars’ Romero Britto, who has created this one-off Continental GT – donated by Bentley Motors – for an exhibition in Germany at Automobil Forum Unter den Linden, which runs from 10th July until 6th September. But as I’m sure you’ll have guessed, this is not just a Pop Art paint job for the sake of it. The Pop Art Bentley will be auctioned off at the end of the exhibition in aid of the Nathalie Todenhöfer Foundation for multiple sclerosis and Best Buddies, a charity for the mentally challenged – which is all very noble – and good on Bentley for donating the Continental GT.

Thu, 25 Mar 2010Porsche has released UK details for the Porsche Boxster Spyder Back in November we reported that Porsche had revealed the Porsche Boxster Spyder, a stripped down Boxster with an iconic ’Speedster’ profile. To be honest, we were surprised they didn’t go with the Speedster name (we reported back in Spetember with pictures of a Porsche Boxster with Speedster humps testing at the Nurburgring), but perhaps that was a step too far; using the Speedster tag on a lowly Boxster. But no matter, the Porsche Boxster Spyder it is with the flat six 3.4 litre engine with 310bhp and a 0-60mph of 4.6 seconds when you tick the PDK Sport Chrono Plus option.
