A new old replacement stock Low & Reverse Sliding Gear (3 Speed Manual Transmission) that fits:

1937 1938 FORD Passenger - V8 - 60HP - 73, 74, 82A

1939 FORD Passenger - V8 - 60HP - 922A

It has 14 Splines / 27 Teeth

The grind marks on one side were probably placed there during the manufacturing process for balancing purposes.  This has never been used or installed.

This is used with:

74-7061-B (Main Shaft - 14 splines) & 74-7113-C (Cluster Gear 29-23-17-13)

OR

74-7061-B (Main Shaft - 14 splines) & 74-7113-D (Cluster Gear 27-19-17-13)

Replaces OEM: 74-7100-B

This is NOT some overseas takeoff.......... It was manufactured in the US a long time ago by Lempco !!!

The new MG3 (pictured) arrives in MG’s UK showrooms in the Autumn MG has revealed the MG3 for the UK market at their European Design Centre in Birmingham, ahead of a debut in the UK market in the Autumn. MG are calling the MG3 a “distinctive statement of modern British style” and are aiming it at a youthful demographic looking for ‘something different’. Is the MG3 something different?

Last week in Park City, Utah, a group of us were discussing the chutzpah that some manufacturers have in charging hundreds of dollars for outboard mirrors that dip downward when the vehicle's placed in reverse. The consensus was, “Since the electric motors in the mirrors are already there, and the computers know the car's set to back up, it's only a line of code. A very expensive line of code.” The European Union seems to be thinking along the same lines.
