Elon Musk says NYT story cost Tesla $100 million
Mon, 25 Feb 2013Tesla CEO Elon Musk told Bloomberg TV on Monday that the recent negative New York Times review of the Model S sedan decreased the company's stock-market value by as much as $100 million. The NYT-Tesla saga began on Feb. 8 with reviewer John Broder recounting the tale of how he was stranded when the Model S didn't live up to its 300-mile claimed range.
BMW creates mini version of Art Car by artist Jeff Koons

Famed artists such as Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein have created their own BMW Art Cars, and Koons is just the latest in a line such works since Alexander Calder painted the first installment in the Art Car Collection in 1975 Adorned with bright streaks of color against a black background, the full-size vehicle competed in Le Mans in 2010. Fri, 03 Jun 2011The Mercedes B-Class Fuel Cell cars arrive back in Stuttgart Since January Mercedes has been driving round the world with a trio of hydrogen fuel cell cars to demonstrate that the future is all about hydrogen fuel cells, and not about hybrids or BEVs. In the four months since the three Mercedes B-Class Fuel Cell cars left home in Stuttgart at the end of January, they have covered 30,000 km each (that’s around 18.6k miles) and had zero emissions. Which will please the environmentalists no end.
