Audi to be honored at Goodwood

The German automaker is making big plans to celebrate its centennial this July at the Goodwood House in England, where it will be the featured marque. Nissan to pull Infiniti production out of Japan to counter strong yen
Thu, 05 Apr 2012The high value of the yen will prompt Nissan Motor Co. to shift production of Infiniti vehicles out of Japan to other locations, Nissan CEO Carlos Ghosn said. "You won't have to wait a long time before we make a decision about the new base for sourcing of Infiniti," Ghosn told a group of reporters April 4 during the New York auto show.
Tesla: Model S sales to begin in second quarter of 2012
Tue, 11 Jan 2011Tesla Motors plans to begin delivering the Model S electric sedan in the second quarter of 2012 and expects to produce about 20,000 units annually, the company said at the Detroit auto show on Monday. Tesla has booked more than 3,000 reservations for the Model S in North America and Europe. The car's expected base price is $49,000.
