Up for auction is a pair of rear front quarter panel patch panels for a 1937-38 Dodge/Plymouth 2 door coupe or 2 door sedan. These pieces are for the section behind the door. Additional filler pieces may be needed depending on the extent of your damage. These patch panels are fabricated out of 18 Gauge steel. I accept payment through PayPal. Panels are not original equipment, they are aftermarket, and sold in as is condition. It is up to the buyer to determine application, and suitability for use. They are 17 3/4 long and 10 high, a little longer than needed to allow for shaping the end if desired Payment is due within 3 days of auction close. Please contact me for combined shipping. Mercedes celebrates 60th anniversary of Unimog with new concept
Tue, 07 Jun 2011The Mercedes-Benz Special Trucks unit (MBS) revealed a design study celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Unimog at the Daimler plant in Wörth recently. The concept, called simply ‘60 Years Unimog', is said to inform the future form language of Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle design. Combining of the past and future of the Unimog, the MBS development team, the Daimler commercial vehicle designers in Sindelfingen and a model designing partner have created an avant-garde vehicle that retains the inherent functionality and capabilities of the now iconic vehicle.
Bentley to debut Continental GTC Speed at Detroit show
Tue, 06 Jan 2009Bentley will complete its Speed portfolio when it introduces a freshened Continental GTC range at the Detroit auto show. Along with exterior and equipment changes, a new GTC Speed model is added with a more powerful version of the 6.0-liter twin-turbocharged W12 that churns out 600 hp and 553 lb-ft of torque for an improvement of 48 hp and 74 lb-ft over the regular GTC. The result is Bentley's most powerful convertible to date.

But now BMW has finally gone official and revealed all the goodies on their mid-size saloon of the future – the 2010 BMW 5 Series or, if you’re in the US, the 2011 BMW 5 Series. The new 5 Series migrates to the same underpinnings as the new 5 Series GT and 7 Series – and for that matter the Rolls Royce Ghost – which means this new 5 Series loses the traditional suspension struts and gets a multi-link arrangement all round.
