Fiat has announced prices for the 2012 Punto, with the starting point being the 1.2 litre Pop at £9,990, rising to £15,600 for the range-topping 1.3 litre Multijet, which comes with plenty of equipment including Climate, Cruise and an electric sunroof. Although the five-seat 4x4 will initially come with a 258bhp version of the Mazda 6 MPS's turbocharged 2.3-litre four, European market demands for diesel power mean Mazda will unleash a new 2.2-litre version of its four-cylinder diesel. This engine will be hooked up to a slick six-speed manual or five-gear automatic transmission.

That was borne out when we had photos of the McLaren P1 shot in Norfolk a week or two ago as the P1 visited one of McLaren’s suppliers on an industrial estate in Diss. Now we get the P1 on the move on video.
