Chrome Bezel. Clear Lens. 12 Volt "Led" Tail Lights. (2) Here is a brand new pair of led tail lights for your favorite Ford, street rod, car hauler or motorcycle. Show quality, die cast chrome bezels with machine thread screws. They have the 39 led circuit boards that are epoxy coated with fully sealed electronics. All the led's light up for tail lights and all get brighter for stop/turn. They are remarkable because the leds are instant on and off. Almost un- natural! Very low current so no heat. Unbelievable life span. NHRA had to re-calculate the Christmas tree when they converted. They are that much faster! They measure about 2 3/4" X 5 3/4" OD. Wed, 12 Aug 2009Volkswagen has introduced the new VW Golf Plus BlueMotion The new VW Golf Plus Bluemotion is basically a Golf Plus with the standard BlueMotion tricks added to improve economy and emissions. These include low rolling resistance tyres, revised gear ratios, start-stop and regenerative braking – the usual box of tricks. The 1.6 litre common rail diesel engine in the Golf Plus BlueMotion – down from 1.9 litres in the old Golf Plus BlueMotion – manages 65.7 mpg and emissions of 114g/km, an improvement of 11% in economy and 10% in emissions.
Recall under way on 2013 Ford Escape to fix faulty fuel line
Thu, 19 Jul 2012Ford is recalling the redesigned 2013 Escape SUV with the 1.6-liter engine to fix a fuel line that could break and lead to a fire. The automaker is telling owners of the recalled SUVs to not drive their vehicles and has told dealers not to sell units they have in stock. Ford says about 11,500 copies of the 2013 Escape with the 1.6-liter engine and the faulty fuel line in the engine compartment were built.
