Chips Away’s new APP removes dents in cars The car news on April 1st always includes a chunk of April Fools, and this year is no different with some good, some bad and some quite lame. The people that take the everyday knocks out of your car at home – Chips Away – have come up with a DentsAway App – in conjunction with ALA – that will uses a Smartphone’s electro-magnetic pulses to ionise the metal on a car dent and pull it back in to shape. Porsche Panameras with 300-hp V6 to arrive in the United States in June

The six-cylinder siblings of the V8 Porsche Panamera will hit U.S. shores in June, packing 300 hp and starting at $75,375 for the rear-wheel-drive model. The all-wheel-drive version, called the Panamera 4, starts at $79,875, including destination charges.

Nissan hires Magna Steyr to build new entry-level Infiniti car

Nissan said Thursday that Austrian contract manufacturer Magna Steyr will build a new premium compact car for the Infiniti brand, starting in 2014. Infiniti boss Andy Palmer said in a statement that the car will help the brand to reach new consumers and grow in key markets such as western Europe. Nissan did not give any more details about the car or say whether it will be sold in markets outside Europe such as the United States.
