A vintage automobile service related catalog entitled "Lange Machinery Supplies, Tools, For Replacing Auto Glass," No. 938, Net Price Wholesale Catalog, Spring Edition, Henry G. Lange Machine Works, 156-166 N. May Street, Chicago, Ill., dated March 1, 1938. This is 95 pages long and complete with good binding. Lots of nice drawings of the parts and equipment. The outsides have some wear and stains. The insides have only a few small smudges, mostly on the first couple pages. Chevrolet to dealers: Let Cruze shoppers test-drive competitors
Tue, 31 Aug 2010Chevrolet is asking its 3,000 dealers to prepare for the late September launch of the Chevrolet Cruze compact by purchasing competitors' vehicles for test-drive comparisons. Chevrolet is encouraging dealers to have a Toyota Corolla and Honda Civic on site so prospective 2011 Cruze buyers can immediately measure the car against its segment competitors, said Margaret Brooks, Chevrolet small-car marketing director. At a media event Tuesday in suburban Detroit, Brooks said Chevrolet expects buyers to come away with a favorable view of the Cruze.

It’s not huge news that the Jaguar XF Sportbrake is being dangled again, but it’s an indication that the launch of the XF Estate is getting closer. When Jaguar first officially confirmed the XF Sportbrake back in November, they did so by creating a new Twitter account – @sportbrake - from which they’ve now acquired around 1,000 followers and, apart from responding to followers’ Tweets, have been regaling us with enigmatic Tweets like ‘The House in the Trees reflects nature in its balanced curves’ and ‘… few people achieve it… have you?’ Jaguar followed that up with a ‘Santa Special’ with Father Christmas loading presents in the back of the XF Sportbrake – still camouflaged and still with ‘@sportbrake’ plastered on the side.
