I was told this was mercury gas tank filler neck it does have the extension tube broken off but very good shape other than that no extra holes

Nissan wins New York taxi bid

"The new taxis will be custom-designed to meet the specific demands of carrying 600,000 passengers a day in New York City traffic," Mayor Michael Bloomberg said Tuesday.
