This is a unique highly polished dash for your 1939 Chevy coupe or sedan. The US made dash insert is a solid billet aluminum piece that will fit your stock dash with NO MODIFICATIONS REQUIRED. This even uses the stock bolt mounts already on your stock dash. The white face gauges are well lit and easy to ready with red pointers.

Kit includes all electronic gauges (12 volt), senders - including the transmission speed sensor, all other senders, dash insert, easy hookup/instructions, tech support, & LED indicator lights (high beam & turn signals). The speedometer will adapt to an automatic, manual, or computer controlled transmission, and easily calibrated to your car. The fuel gauge sender will adapt to your stock fuel tank, or any aftermarket unit. These gauges will work with any 12 volt wiring system.

Please note the 1938 Chevy Dash is similar, however is a different size. This dash will not fit that application.

Complete dash wiring and bench testing can be accomplished for an additional $99. The wiring will have an external plug allowing you an easy install. All wiring is labeled and color coded.

I ship within 2 business day via UPS. Two additional days will be required for prewiring option.

Euro NCAP tests for C4, Swift, CR-Z and iX35

Wed, 25 Aug 2010

The results from the latest round of Euro NCAP crash tests are in, and - surprise, surprise - every car tested came away with a maximum five-star safety rating. The new Citroen C4, Suzuki Swift, Honda CR-Z hybrid and Hyundai iX35 were all put through their paces, and each passed with flying colours. The latest results, while highlighting how far car safety has come in recent years (remember the notorious Rover 100 fiasco of 1997?), are bound to reignite the growing debate that the tests - or at least the marks awarded - need to show more differentiation between models.

The Superb Combi wagon stretches to 4838mm long and boot space stands at an echoing 633 litres.

Porsche Boxster Spyder (2010) – UK details and prices

Thu, 25 Mar 2010

Porsche has released UK details for the Porsche Boxster Spyder Back in November we reported that Porsche had revealed the Porsche Boxster Spyder, a stripped down Boxster with anĀ iconicĀ ’Speedster’ profile. To be honest, we were surprised they didn’t go with the Speedster name (we reported back in Spetember with pictures of a Porsche Boxster with Speedster humps testing at the Nurburgring), but perhaps that was a step too far; using the Speedster tag on a lowly Boxster. But no matter, the Porsche Boxster Spyder it is with the flat six 3.4 litre engine with 310bhp and a 0-60mph of 4.6 seconds when you tick the PDK Sport Chrono Plus option.
