Here is a used vintage headlight that we recently acquired. As you can see this one has a smaller light attached to it, but I think the small light is something that someone has just added to this light, I don't think it originally came out like that. The big light looks like the late 30's or early 40's Chevy truck light to me, but please giant size all of the pictures to make sure it looks right for your vehicle. The small light looks like maybe it was welded on the bottom of the big light so if you are buying it for a Chevy truck you would want to remove the small light. The big light is in good condition with light rust and no holes. There is one dent in the top of it about 2 inches long, but no other dents. It has a sealed beam headlight bulb in it that would need to be replaced. The small light has a glass lens in it, but that lens is cracked. The housing for the small light looks good. The big light comes with the chrome trim ring around it and again, I would think you would want to remove the small light to use the big light. Ford Focus RS photo leak
