For your consideration is a  Galion Hydraulic lift or "scissor lift" offered for parts or restore. Removed from a 1946 REO dump truck. Is in rough condition; rust, pitted, and leaking hydraulics. Part of the old dump bed still attached as seen in the pictures.

I am uncertain as to it's rated capacity. The dump bed it was removed from was small. I would guess, only a guess lift capable 4 and 1/2 ton possibly a little more???

The working condition is not known. Would have been driven by power take off. Buyer to receive only what is pictured, there are no other parts included- just the unit seen in the pictures.

Please make sure it is what you want before deciding to purchase.

Nissan recalls Pathfinder, Infiniti QX4 for rusted steering column

Mon, 25 Apr 2011

Nissan is recalling at least 195,000 Pathfinder and Infiniti QX4 SUVs sold in 20 cold-weather states and the District of Columbia to inspect steering columns for rust and corrosion. Nissan is concerned that road salt used in these cold-weather states could cause the steering columns to rust through and possibly break off. In January, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration started investigating 35 reports of corrosion-related failure of the driver's-side front strut tower.
