1940s 1950s CHEVY? BUICK? GM? BRAKE LEVER HANDLE ASSEMBLY - ORIGINAL. 

Lever does pull in and out as it should. Part is used and might need some restoring before use. Please see photos selling as is. Thank you.

I am not sure what exact vehicle this fits. I am sure it can be universally used if using on a custom project. I believe this was possibly for a 1949-1952 Chevy passenger.
