Finally, after 60 years, we have the missing link in a total rebuild for the 1941 through 1946 Chevrolet GMC steering column.   Until now, there was no repair or replacement for this part of the steering assembly.  Even hitting the top too hard without a puller to remove the steering wheel, totaled the threads and thus the entire assembly!   The auction includes the complicated recirculating ball nut assembly with all the ball bearings which greatly  eases the steering effort and the log shaft. .  It is all out sight once installed.. It comes ready to put in place!. A very complicated product to produce!!   You will never know how easy to steer these early GM trucks can be with this most important part!!  The long 48 inch shipping box will  go by less expensive FedEx ground.

Correct for the 1/2 to 1 1/2 ton Chevrolet and GMC trucks.  Not the 2 ton or COE.

BMW M3 coupe gets stripped down to go club racing

Thu, 05 Nov 2009

BMW's M division is back in the business of building specialty street-legal race cars with a new lightweight version of the M3 called the GTS. The lightweight coupe, set to go on sale in early 2010 at a yet-undisclosed price, was conceived as a limited-edition model primarily for club-based racing in much the same way that Porsche builds the 911 GT3 Clubsport. But in a clear effort to link its track-based activities with the production-car side of its business, BMW's M division is offering the new car with a homologation package that will allow customers to register the M3 GTS for street use.

2015 Mercedes S-class Coupe: The flagship has landed

Tue, 11 Feb 2014

Mercedes-Benz's long history building dramatic flagship coupes started with the 1952 300 S, considered a “car for the world's elite.” The 220 S Coupe followed in 1956, and the elegant W111/W112 coupes ran from '61 to '71. Over the years, the 280 SE 3.5 Coupe, SEC coupe, S600 Coupe and CL class all added to Mercedes' reputation for building gorgeous, sought-after coupes. Now comes the new S-class Coupe, making its public debut at the Geneva motor show March 4 and arriving in U.S.
