 Here are 6 NOS brand new, never used intake valves that we have had out in the garage for a while. These are still in the box and the box says that they are part number 839504. We have researched that number and found out that these are for the 1941 to 1947 Chevrolet cars with the 216 motor, and the 1941 to 1947 Chevrolet trucks with the 235 motor. There are 2 in each box and you will get 3 boxes for a total of 6 intake valves. Inside the box these valves are wrapped in a very thick what looked to be cheesecloth or something similar, and covered in a very waxy substance. You can see how they look brown in the first few pictures. I removed the wrapping from a different one that I have to show you what they look like under the wrapping and you can see that valve in the last 2 pictures. You do not get the valve in the last 2 pictures, that is only for reference as to how they will look, and in the last picture if you giant size it you can see it has GM stamped in the top part. I will warn you that the wrapping is very very sticky and messy and it will take you some time to unwrap them, but the good part of that is that there is no way they could have rusted or corroded being covered like they are.
