This auction is for a brand new Ford locking deck lid handle.  This is for your 1941 to 1948 Ford cars.  It is die cast and beautifully chrome plated.  It includes the polished stainless key hole cover, the large mounting nut, and rubber gasket.  This handle will look and fit just like the original!  This beautiful and hard to find piece is the perfect addition to your exterior.  This is the locking style and includes two keys.  This is a great way to replace your old, rusted exterior handle.

Volkswagen XL1 caught on video The Volkswagen XL1 – a super efficient diesel hybrid – caught on video winter testing and undisguised. The VW XL1 arrived at the Qatar Motor Show in 2011, a two-seater diesel-electric hybrid with a design that looks like it came from a 1920s view of the future, and claims of a gazillion miles to the gallon. At the time VW debuted the XL1 we reckoned there was as much chance of it going in to production as McLaren’s latest Formula One car making it in to a showroom, and that the XL1 was just a test bed for all the future tech that might just find its way in to Volkswagen’s road cars.

In the Designing for the Future contest, Ford Motor Co. and Michigan's Lawrence Tech are challenging high school seniors to compete for more than $75,000 in scholarships to the school's transportation and industrial-design programs.
