EXTREMELY RARE! Original box stated this part was made for 1941 Buick all models. It could possibly fit other GM cars. However, I make no guarantees. Please double check your car. These are NEW, ORIGINAL AFTERMARKET, radio dash plates. Auction includes 1 set. Many include original screws, dials and instructions. SEE PICTURE FOR WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THIS AUCTION. Even if you don't have a complete radio, these can be installed for a radio look until you get a radio...or just go ahead and keep faking it! :) These parts are made by firestone, Motorola, Crowe (part of firestone I have been told.) or Delco. I have removed them from the original boxes and tissue paper due to the boxes' condition. However, all parts have been in boxes from manufacture date until I removed them. Truly gorgeous! I have items for almost every American made car from 1934-1942. If you don't see yours listed, ask me and I will start an auction for you as soon as possible. Aston Martin ditches Cygnet city car
Tue, 01 Oct 2013CITY SLICKERS will no longer be able to cut a dash in a diminutive Aston Martin, following the company's decision to axe the controversial Cygnet from its range. The tiny Cygnet, which takes its name from a young swan, was an adaptation of the Toyota iQ, refitted with the finest luxury materials and priced at over £30,000. Its low CO2 output is rumoured to have been the main reason for the model’s presence in the range, since Aston Martin could in that way lower the company’s average CO2 output across the range in line with European emissions rules.
Banks and Ryan ready for Pikes Peak
Fri, 14 Jun 2013Gale Banks, part-time stunt driver Mike Ryan and the diesel wizards from Gale Banks Engineering will return to Pikes Peak this year with the Freightliner Cascadia that finished ninth in 2012. Competing in the Pikes Peak Open class, the team has been furiously working on the truck at the Banks Performance home base in Azusa, Calif. To get the semi tractor up the 12.4 mile road, Banks is installing its Super-Turbo setup on the 14.7-liter, Detroit Diesel-equipped truck.
