Up for bid in a no reserve auction is an original,vintage Chevrolet glove box door for a 1941,42 Deluxe or so labeled as,may fit other years and models. Please check that this fits your application prior to bidding,I am not an expert on these parts. This is a good usable part,has surface rust in spots,the trim does have some pits and flaking. Has a lock,but unfortunately no keys. Three screws for the hinges. If you have any questions in regards to this part please don't hesitate to contact me. This part has been in dry storage for the past several(40+) years at our families salvage yard that we are in the process of cleaning up. Wed, 04 Apr 2012The Jaguar C-X16 gets a production name today Jaguar will reveal the name for the C-X16 to day at the New York Auto Show - and it won’t be XE - signalling the way forward for Jaguar nomenclature. Update: It’s the Jaguar F-Type! Last week Jaguar told us they had some exciting news to reveal at the New York Motor Show and, although we’d hope for a nice new Jaguar reveal, it looks like the news will be the production name for the Jaguar C-X16 and the news it will arrive in showrooms in 2013 first of all as a roadster.
Russo and Steele auction remains closed
Sat, 23 Jan 2010The Russo and Steele Collector Automobile Auction remained closed on Saturday as work crews continued to asses damage and clean up from high winds that destroyed two tents at the auction site in Scottsdale, Ariz., on Thursday night. In a message posted on the Russo and Steele Web site, CEO Drew Alcazar said he would meet with consignors of the cars at the auction on Saturday morning. He added that the auction would remain closed on Saturday but that Russo and Steele would work to hold auction sessions on Sunday and Monday.
