NOS Radiator Hose. Prestone brand by the Union Carbide Corporation. Prestone number CA3-3412. Hose is in perfect condition and in original box. Hose is: 1-3/4" ID and 12" long. This Vintage radiator hose is NOT like the smooth, non-Vintage look like todays cheap hoses. The hose has the outer nylon ribbed Vintage look and has "Prestone" stamped on it. As noted on the box, it is a heavy duty hose, long life construction, steel wire ribs-prevents collapse, nylon reinforced outer wall, free-flowing inner wall withstands high speed engine pressures. Because of the design, it will bend to a 90 degree angle and will not collaspe. Judges look for the smallest details such as Vintage, period correct looking radiator hoses. Just try to find this type of radiator hose at your local Auto Parts Store. As with anything please check YOUR application before bidding. Ford announces electric car plans at the Detroit auto show
Sun, 11 Jan 2009Not to be left out of the electric car party, Ford announced Sunday at the Detroit Auto Show that it was developing a line of electric powered vehicles. In addition to its already announced hybrids and plug-in hybrids, Ford is working with Magna International to bring fully electric cars to market with lithium-ion battery packs. In the works is a Focus and Fusion-based vehicles that will be available in with all three powertrains.

Therefore, and understandably, an event that hosts the Salone Internazionale del Mobile (home ware and furniture), Eurocucina (bathrooms), EIMU (office furniture), Tessile (fabrics), Salone Satellite (young designers), Dining Design, Designing Designers, Material ConneXion, and Street Dining Design deserved a more noble title.

Land Rover has been busy previewing the 2015 Defender at the last few motor shows, both as a replacement for the current Defender and as a lifestyle Defender in the guise of the DC 100 Sport. And now we hear, when the 2015 Land Rover Defender arrives, it will be built in India.
