1946 Johnson Sea Horse 2.5 HP Outboard Motor (HD 25)

This is a 1946 Johnson Sea Horse. It is a older restoration and doesn't have a perfect finish, but as you can see, it is in great condition for a 70 year old outboard. It was purchased two years ago and I did a total restoration so it's pretty clean and complete. It has good compression, but I haven't actually tried to start it. It has a clean fuel tank (it does have a bit of gas varnish in a few places). 

If you win this engine, I would prefer local pick-up... however, I am willing to take it to my local UPS office and you can work with them on shipping. I am not responsible for any damage unless it is picked-up locally.

P.S. If anybody can tell me what the "coin" is that's hanging on the engine, I'd greatly appreciate it. It was on the engine when I bought it. (I think it's a coal miners scrip???)

Ford on Thursday said it will offer a TracKey option for the Mustang Boss 302, which goes on sale next spring. VOLVO’S new design language has been taken to the next level with the first glimpse of a concept that previews its future ‘XC’ series of cars. The Concept XC Coupe will be given its full debut at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in January, but Volvo has released a trio of pictures as a teaser ahead of time. Toyota plans an onslaught of products in the next two years that will attempt to propel the brand back into a leadership position.
