This listing is for a nice interior dome light. The chrome on the bezel has a nice shine. Glass is nice and not cloudy. Inside of the housing is clean. Backside of the housing has some light surface rust, most of it came off when I hit it with some sand paper. It has not been tested, being sold as pictured.

This dome light was used on 1948-1950 Pilot House B-Series Dodge Trucks. And 1947-1950 WDX style 1-ton Dodge Power Wagons. This same dome light but with a painted bezel (instead of chrome) was also used on 1951-1953 Pilot House Dodge Trucks, and 1951-1968 1-ton Dodge Power Wagons.

Subaru BRZ Concept STI teases production BRZ at L.A.

Thu, 17 Nov 2011

Subaru BRZ Concept STI at the Los Angeles Auto Show The Subaru BRZ (and for that matter its sibling, the Toyota FT-86) has been floating around in one form or another as a concept for years. And at Los Angeles we get treated to yet another ‘Concept’ version – the Subaru BRZ Concept STI. Which does seem a bit odd; after all, the production version of the BRZ is scheduled to arrive later this month at the Tokyo Motor Show, and we know from the teaser shots Subaru sent us of the production BRZ that there are changes from this Concept.

Lexus to make its official Goodwood Festival of Speed debut in 2013

Wed, 20 Mar 2013

Lexus is to officially be a part of the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed and will show the 2013 Lexus LS, new GS and the LFA supercar. Lexus is working hard at the moment to make their cars more dynamic and more appealing to drivers – not just those looking for reliable, Japanese luxury, so what better way to get in front of those who cherish the ‘Drive’ than at Goodwood? So Lexus is tipping up at the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed in July to be an official part of the best petrolhead festival – in the world – and take the opportunity to show their latest models, and a bit of Lexus supercar goodness too.

Concept Car of the Week: Citroën Karin (1980)

Fri, 20 Dec 2013

With the 1980 Paris Motor show approaching and no new model to unveil, Citroën needed something to wow the crowds on its home turf. Trevor Fiore – who followed Robert Opron as the head of Citroën Design for a short time – gave the go-ahead for an innovative concept starting from a blank sheet of paper. The final concept was named Karin, and it was nothing short of breathtaking.
