1947 Chrysler Windsor 2 Door Sedan Coupe. This auction is for the complete engine (looks like a weekend mechanic could get it running and drive it on a trailer! ), as is. Needs complete restoring. I may considered parting out body parts, fenders, doors, hood, trunk, glass, bumbers, grille etc., and all remaining parts. I am in Southeast Virginia and will work with all forms of shipping and delivery is possible, at the purchasers expense. VW has unveiled the New Compact Coupe at Detroit - a Golf Coupe Hybrid Yes, they’re one and the same, the VW New Compact Coupe and the VW Golf Coupe. The first is the teaser name, but the second is the reality. This is a Coupe version of the VW Golf and will come complete with a proper hybrid system and will sit above the Scirocco in the Volkswagen range.

Audi today unveiled the new A6, the fourth generation of the its D-segment sedan. Measuring 4920mm long, 1870mm wide, and 1460mm tall, the new A6 is shorter and lower – but wider – than its predecessor, and has a longer, 2910mm wheelbase. The new car also features lighter body panels and improved powertrains.

As the deadline for entries to the 2010 Interior Motives Design Awards approaches – all designs must be received by 10 July – details of the judging panel and the upcoming awards ceremony in Paris are firming up. Judging the hundreds of student designs this year will be a panel of industry experts that includes such influential figures as Amko Leenarts, Interior Design Director, Peugeot; Robin Page, Interior Design Director, Bentley; Wolfgang Müller-Pietralla, Leader VW Future Research; Michael Robinson, Design Director, Stile Bertone; Andreas Stump, Head of Advanced Interior Design, Citroën; Romulus Rost, Chief Interior Designer, Volkswagen Advanced Design, Potsdam; and Euan Sey, Editor of Interior Motives magazine. The competition is open to students enrolled at any accredited undergraduate or graduate design degree programme, both in automotive and non-automotive disciplines – those studying fashion design, industrial design, architecture and other similar fields are also eligible.
