The hub caps are in very good condition.  They still have some of the original red Dodge paint.
They have some light scuffs and scratches.  
Overall, they are in excellent condition considering how old they are.
They still have a very good shine.  They could be professionally polished for show quality.
They are 15" and could fit on any 15" Dodge rim.
