CAR reader Lokinen remembers going eight up in a Woody
Wed, 23 Sep 2009By Lokinen Motoring Issues 23 September 2009 17:35 When dad's old farina Morris Oxford could be bodged through an MOT no more, he returned home one day with an Old English White 'Woody' Mini Traveller. Ford to sell Aston Martin
Thu, 31 Aug 2006By Georg Kacher Motor Industry 31 August 2006 02:39 The world’s two biggest luxury goods firms – including the conglomerate behind brands like Moet and Louis Vuitton – are locked in a battle to buy Aston Martin from cash-starved Ford. Ford desperately needs to tap into the potential $700m-$1bn the sale of Aston could generate and hopes to finalise a deal by the end of the year.

We also saw the largest number of participants and entries ever, raising the stakes of an already highly competitive field.
