This clock was cleaned, lubricated and reconditioned. Upon Bench testing it ran strongly with both 6 and 12 volts. The face and hands are in outstanding original condition. Lens is excellent and the housing is solid. The chrome knob freely moves the hands and the Fast/slow adjustment works as it should..This is a stunning hard to find clock!

Tue, 18 Oct 2011Jaguar XF Range & Rover Evoque to be assembled in India The news that Jaguar Land Rover are planning to assemble the Range Rover Evoque and Jaguar XF in India isn’t exactly a huge surprise. If anything, the surprise is it’s taken this long for them to get round to it. Of course, this isn’t JLR’s first foray in to assembling cars in India, as the Freelander 2 is now being bolted together in Pune now the CKD facility at Halewood is up and running.
Latest generation of Mini unveiled

The latest reincarnation of the popular car which first took to the road in 1959 shows a Mini that is quieter, longer, wider and taller than its predecessor. Shown off at BMW's plant at Cowley in Oxford where it will be made, the new Mini will start at £15,300 and will be available in the UK in spring 2014.
Explosion at GM Tech Center; lithium battery is the suspected cause
Wed, 11 Apr 2012According to WWJ CBS Detroit, there was an explosion at the General Motors Tech Center in Warren, Mich., on Wednesday morning. Deputy Fire Chief Gary Wilkinson said the explosion most likely was related to a lithium battery. Wilkinson told Autoweek that a responder notified the HAZMAT team via radio that the explosion involved lithium batteries in the research facility's Alternative Energy Center.
