12V Led Tail Light Insert (2) Here is a your chance to update your tail lights with the new led technology. These 12 volt tail light inserts have 33 super bright red leds and are epoxy sealed units. You can use the 1157 style socket insert or cut it off and wire them direct. All 33 leds light for tail light and all get brighter for stop/turn. They are 2 1/8" x 6 5/8". We sell the 2 pin led flasher you will need. The led's are instant on and off. Almost unnatural! Low current so they run cool. Tremendous life span. This listing is for 2 inserts as shown. Especially if that asset is in trouble and an iconic name can be grabbed for a song – or less. Which explains why the names of VW and Giugiaro’s Italdesign are being linked together as the Italian designer appears to seek a car maker to rescue it from the woes of being an independent in these rather troubled times.

Starting Feb. 28 and running through the end of September, the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles celebrates all that is good about bad car ideas in an exhibit titled "What Were They Thinking?" Sure, there are Edsels and Amphicars.
