1949 Desoto hood ornament. Original, straight, no repairs, small pitting has started, inserts have crazing. This one is a lighted hood ornament. Light socket, bulb, and mounting included. Unknown if bulb works. Mounts are good with original bolts. Needs proper cleaning/polishing. Sold as is. I ship lower 48 only and expect payment in 3 days. Paypal only. Good luck.

University Institute of Design presented their work in the annual Degree Show in June, which included work from the Masters programmes in Transportation Design, Advanced Product Design, and Interaction Design along with the final thesis projects from the Bachelor level graduates. Used cars top consumer complaints list
Thu, 10 Oct 2013SECOND-HAND cars bought from independent dealers topped the list of the 10 most-complained-about consumer issues between April and June. Citizens’ Advice consumer service dealt with 12,000 complaints about such vehicles, which equalled 8% of all cases it dealt with. The number was three times as many complaints as those made about used cars bought from private sellers and franchise dealerships.

I say projected simply because the car will not be ready for sale until 2011, so there is plenty of time for ‘adjustments’. We’ll see.
