Remanufactured and stored back in the 1950's...
Country/Region of Manufacture:United States

Here is a Delco Remy distributor that was remanufactured back in the 1950's.

It is for 1950 Chevrolet cars with Powerglide transmission.  That's what is hand written on the box, but I am not an expert.  Please look at all the pictures before buying.

This is remanufactured, not brand new.  The bushings are good and the gear looks really good.  The points and cap are new.  There is no rotor.  There is witness at the input end of the shaft that indicate the shaft is used.  There are hammer marks on top of the shaft that I am guessing are from the rebuilding process.  There is some grime on it and light rust from decades of storage.

Don't miss out on a great deal.  You'll love it!

Don’t forget to take a look at my other Ebay listings if you love old parts and ACCESSORIES!

International and domestic bidders are welcomed.  I must declare the correct selling price on Customs documents.

Thanks!

If condensation forms, you're in.” So said Ronn Langford, founder and CEO of MasterDrive (online at www.masterdrive.com), a driving school based in Colorado Springs, Colo., that also operates in California's Orange County.

Fangio's Mercedes-Benz W196 up for auction at Goodwood

It's the father of the venerated 300 SLR. It was driven by Juan Manuel Fangio, Hans Hermann and Sir Stirling Moss. The open-wheel body was commissioned by El Chueco himself when the streamlined unit designed for fast tracks proved too tricky to place on twistier circuits.

Tyre labelling not telling full story

Fri, 27 Jun 2014

THE NEW TYRE LABELLING scheme to tell drivers how environmentally efficient a tyre performs is not giving the full picture, according to Emissions Analytics. Tests show that at certain speeds, tyres with a lower efficiency rating can perform as well as those with a higher rating. This means drivers could be paying more for higher rated tyres when they would be as well off with a more affordable tyre.
