This is an NOS chrome plated gas door guard in the original box manufactured by Budd Barr in the early 1950's. This gas door guard fits all 1950 Ford passenger cars. The chrome is in good condition ( a couple of small rust spots, see the photo) and the guard has never been installed. Perfect for adding a gas door guards to your Ford, but will fit most makes of autos, Chevrolet, Dodge, Chrystler, Mercury, Oldsmobile. There is a hardware packet included, but may be missing 2 nuts, but those are readily available. Please check my other auctions for unique and interesting items. We can combine shipping if available.

Mini: the 50th anniversary and new models galore

Over the last May bank holiday weekend, some 15,000 Mini fans converged on Silverstone, for a three-day festival of cars, racing and music. The company revealed three special editions: high-spec Camden and Mayfair models, plus the 211bhp World Championship 50 Edition in homage to racing team boss John Cooper.
Fiat 500 Coupe Zagato (2011) at Geneva motor show
Thu, 03 Mar 2011Fiat surprised the Geneva audience with a Zagato-bodied variation on the familiar new 500 theme. Fiat 500 Coupe Zagato: an Italian Mini Coupe rival With Mini branching out in all different directions and Citroen growing its DS brand, it was perhaps inevitable that Fiat would try new things with the 500. It looks strikingly different at first sight, but the Coupe Zagato is based on the existing 500 platform. The differences mainly concern a modified lower roofline, bearing the traditional Zagato double-hump roof contours and rear window/C-pillar treatment. The standard 500 interior has been retrimmed in black and yellow leather to match the ‘Pop Yellow’ exterior hue.
Hyundai Intrado concept car (2014) points to future tech and designs

It's the first car to be designed under the company's latest styling rulebook, dubbed Fluidic Sculpture 2.0. Hyundai's new design chief, Peter Schreyer, told MSN Cars the Intrado defied pigeonholing.
