ITEM DESCRIPTION : Up for auction is this original timing chain cover from a 1950 Oldsmobile 88 with the 303 Rocket! It is in used condition and it does need some work. The main seal is there but will have to be replaced. Also the brass tube from the intake manifold broke off, this is shown in pictures #5 and #6. I did not attempt to remove it. Other than those two issues there is no cracks, breaks or signs of repair to the item. This might be correct for 1949 Oldsmobile as well but I am not sure. New Bentley Continental Flying Spur: Official +video

Wed, 20 Feb 2013

The new 2013 Bentley Continental Flying Spur has been officially revealed ahead of its public debut at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. The new Flying Spur is, as we saw yesterday, subtly updated with a bolder and sharper design that has turned the Flying Spur from a great car with so-so looks in to an even greater car with very good looks indeed. The effect of the restyling of the front and back has been to give the Flying Spur a much punchier look, with the new grill, new headlights and LEDs and, most importantly, a much better defined rear end with strong defining lines making the Flying Spur look sharper, wider and more aggressive.

Jaguar F-Type Coupe production starts & Jaguar R Performance Centres launch

Tue, 22 Apr 2014

José Mourinho gets the first Jaguar F-Type Coupe You would be forgiven for thinking the Jaguar F-Type Coupe is already roaming the roads in the hands of customers, such has been its profile in recent months, but you’d be wrong. However, Jaguar has now started serial production of the F-Type Coupe and the first man in line for a nice, shiny F-Type Coupe is José Mourinho, as we reported a couple of months ago. The ‘Special One’ was presented with his new car – in Stratus Grey with 20-inch Gyrodyne Black and Diamond Turned Wheels, Red Brake Calipers, Panoramic Glass Roof and Meridian Sound – by two of the F-Type manufacturing team from Castle Bromwich - Gary Johnson and Steven Gaut – at an event in London.

Infiniti: The Q50 Eau Rouge is still happening

Fri, 04 Apr 2014

Infiniti would like to remind you of two things: 1.) that its Q50 Eau Rouge is going to be built, yes, definitely, no really, trust us, and 2.) Sebastian Vettel is the "director of performance." We imagine the four-time F1 world champion might be too busy defending his title to sit in meetings discussing whether the "real" carbon-fiber trim should be lined with red or purple weaving. "Vettel's invaluable feedback will be engineered into the next stages of the prototype's extensive development program," said Infiniti. Hey, it worked for Senna.
