This is a rear fender reflector from early 1950s car. May be off a Buick but I am not sure. It is in Great condition the stainless steel bezel has no dings and the red lens has no cracks and is in very good condtion. Lens has raised lettering Guidex on top edge and Guide X 42 on the bottom edge. It is about 1 5/8 inchs OD and the lens is about 1 5/16 inchs OD. 

GM stops Chevy Volt production to trim inventory

General Motors will idle the Detroit-area assembly plant that builds the Chevrolet Volt for more than a month to curb rising inventories of the plug-in hybrid. On March 1, GM told 1,300 workers at its Detroit-Hamtramck assembly plant in Michigan that it will shut down production for five weeks, starting the week of March 19. GM plans to resume production on April 23, spokesman Chris Lee said.

2014 Cadillac XTS adds new twin-turbo V6

Cadillac is adding a new 420-hp, twin-turbo 3.6-liter V6 as an option for its XTS sedan for 2014. General Motors unveiled the engine back in March, confirming that it will be an option on the new-for-2014 Cadillac CTS, and recent Cadillac press materials confirm that the engine option will be expanded to the XTS. The all-aluminum engine makes use of direct-injection technology and is the highest-output V6 in GM history.

New MINI Paceman highlighted on video

With the production version of the MINI Paceman now revealed, MINI has produced a couple of videos to show off its new Coupe. The new MINI Paceman, the Coupe version of the MINI Countryman and MINI’s answer to the Range Rover Evoque, was revealed earlier this week before heading off to thye 2012 Paris Motor Show. And although MINI did manage to produce a whole heap of photos of the new Paceman, there’s nothing quite like a video or two to get proper perspective.
