Porsche Cayman and Boxster GTS on the way
Wed, 29 Jan 2014Porsche Cayman GTS and Boxster GTS variants are expected to be unveiled at the 2014 Beijing Motor Show this year, before the upgraded versions of the German firm’s two-seater coupe and convertible models go on sale in April. According to reports, development work on both cars is now almost complete, with both vehicles gaining a power increase and revised styling over existing Cayman and Boxster models (pictured). Driving enthusiasts will hand their (petrol)heads in shame after Toyota completed the 12.9-mile German track at an average of 698mpg. The embarrassingly pedestrian time of 20 minutes and 59 seconds was set by motor journalist and Japanese car expert Joe Clifford, and since Toyota is the first to shame itself with a fuel economy run at the heart of performance car testing, it automatically sets a new efficiency record.
