This is a Door Weatherstrip Kit for 1951-1955 1st Series Chevrolet and GMC Pickup Trucks with chrome beads on the inner beltline seals. It does both the driver and passenger side front doors. It does NOT include the vent/wing window seals.

 Kit Components:

2 Door to Cab Weatherstrips. Seals the doors to the cab.

2 Upper Channels/ Glass run. Goes up and around the inside of the door window frame. These are the seals that the glass runs up and down in.

2 Vertical Glass run Channels. Attaches to the vertical vent post. The glass also runs up and down in these.

4pc. Inner and Outer beltline kit. These are the seals that keep dirt and debris out of the door.

GM returning to leasing with luxury vehicles

General Motors will return to the leasing business focusing on luxury vehicles, but not on a broader basis, Vice Chairman Bob Lutz said. "We will get back into leasing, but we are not going to use massive subsidized leasing to drive volume because it's volume without profitability," Lutz said July 29 in an interview with Automotive News. "We'd rather sell less at higher profit than sell more at lower profit." Lutz said it still would make sense for GM to do more leasing on its luxury vehicles.

Hyundai revises fuel-economy numbers downward again

Hyundai revamped its fuel numbers on its Sonata sedan on March 4, and on Monday it issued an apology for misleading buyers. This is the second time in two years the company has needed to make amends for false numbers. Hyundai said the original number on its Sonata was 12.6 km per liter, which translates to 29.6 mpg.
