This is a new set in original box, never used. Wrapped in what I believe are the original wrappers. There are 8 inlet valves, for what the part number 527694 info says is for 1951 through 1954 years 232 V-8 Studebaker Comander (also has "Land Cruiser" mentioned). As stated in online info, head diameter is said to be 1 13/32", stem length 5 1/8", stem diameter .352, seat angle 45 degrees, sealed power V1044. Please verify your application and part fitment before you order. Valves appear to be quite good, box has seen it's better days. This is original Studebaker equipment, not alternate or after-market stuff. Rare to find original in Studebaker box.

Green three-wheelers may get Energy Department funding
Fri, 02 Oct 2009Aptera Motors, Elio Motors and other companies developing fuel-efficient three-wheeled vehicles got a boost from Congress this week in their quest for federal funding. Legislation to make three-wheeled vehicles eligible for Energy Department loans passed a conference committee of House and Senate leaders Wednesday and then got approval from the full House on Thursday. It is part of an energy spending bill likely to go before the Senate by next week for final congressional passage, a Senate aide said.
