This is an NOS 6V starter and power window safety relay, Ford part # B5A 11450-A. This relay is a Ford original which has "FoMoCo," "6V." "BAT," and "RBM" stamped into the top of the bracket. It was used on Fords, Thunderbirds and Mercurys from 1951-1955 for a starter relay and on the 1954 Ford passenger cars as a power window regulator safety relay. This relay has never been installed and has show quality cadmium plating on the bracket. Perfect for replacing a missing, damaged or worn relay with an assembly line original and for a concours restoration. U.S. auto sales led by Chrysler Group surged 16 percent in February, giving the industry its strongest showing in four years in a fresh sign that the recovery is gaining more traction. Total light vehicle sales rose to 1.15 million units as the seasonally adjusted sales annual rate hit 15.1 million.
